About Me

  • I am a pastor, author, and leadership consultant with over a decade of experience serving churches, leaders, and communities. I hold a Doctor of Theology and have led in complex seasons where faith, integrity, and wisdom were not optional.

  • I did not step into ministry chasing a platform. I stepped into it responding to a call that followed me through pressure, hidden seasons, and hard obedience. Over the years, I have led in environments that demanded faith, resilience, and discernment, often when the cost of obedience was misunderstood or unseen. Those seasons shaped how I lead, how I listen, and how I shepherd people today.

    My story has taught me that leadership is not proven by visibility but by faithfulness. I carry a deep commitment to truth, wholeness, and Christ-centered leadership that heals rather than harms. Whether I am preaching, teaching, consulting, or pastoring, my aim remains the same: to help leaders and communities lead with clarity, courage, and integrity, grounded firmly in Christ.

  • At the center of everything I do is my family. I am a husband and a father, and that calling shapes how I lead, serve, and set boundaries. Family keeps me grounded, honest, and present. It reminds me that faith must be lived before it is taught and that leadership begins at home. My commitment is not just to lead well publicly, but to live faithfully, consistently, and with love in the spaces that matter most.

I am a shepherd at heart. I believe leadership flows from wholeness, humility, and obedience to Christ. My pastoral calling shapes everything I do, guiding me to lead with care, truth, and deep respect for the people entrusted to my leadership.
